Huawei Wins "Mobile Innovator Award for Excellence”

Out of a longlist of several hundreds of companies, Data News readers selected a shortlist of 40 nominees in a series of categories. Based on this list, a professional jury voted for a total of 14 companies as winners for the 2018 Data News Awards for Excellence.

The “Mobile Innovator Award for Excellence” reflects the Belgian ecosystem’s high recognition of Huawei’s continuous efforts to enhance the possibilities of mobile and digital technology. The jury not only praised Huawei for the company’s commitment to drive innovation in the field of smart devices, with meticulous R&D on A.I. and own chipsets, but also for its position as important partner for the Belgian telecom infrastructure market. It is the second time in a row that the company has been awarded in this category.
