Dominic Bowman

Dominic Bowman works as a postdoctoral research fellow at the Institute of Astronomy at KU Leuven in Belgium, with his interests including the study of pulsating stars on the upper main sequence.

The combination of ground and space photometry, spectroscopy and theoretical modelling allow the internal physics of a star to be probed, which is a novel and rapidly expanding area within astronomy called asteroseismology.
